From Inception...

We were brought in by an International transportation conglomerate to help build their newly created startup team. This team of exceptional leadership talent, industry knowledge and proven success, has grown the startup to more than 2,000 employees and has won two consecutive global awards as a leader in their marketplace.

Winning New Business through Great Leadership...

A leading American aviation company was attempting to gain a stronger foothold in a burgeoning segment of their industry. We were hired to secure a top industry leader to execute a major turnaround. Timing was an issue as global aircraft OEMs would be awarding contracts within 18 months. We identified the candidate the completed the search within 3 weeks. Through exceptional leadership, pragmatic cost reductions and an increase in market share they are enjoying consistent high-performance results and are now positioned as a top solution provider in this market.

Positioning for a Private Placement...

A private investor group engaged us to help ensure the successful launch of their aircraft start-up. Our first assignment was to build an executive team of some of best-known leadership talent in aviation. Our next initiative was the build-out of a world class technical management organization. Our search efforts were complicated by the company's desire to locate their facility in one of the top 10 wealthiest zip codes in the US. In 13 months, a highly talented team of 130 had a nearly completed design, begun the certification process with the ACO, and were taking receipt of a tagged fuselage for their first flight test aircraft.

Putting our Client First...

An aviation scheduling software start-up, in stealth mode, hired us to secure a key member of their executive leadership team. The leadership team was primarily made up of industry executives who were convinced that this person should come from their industry. After introducing 2 qualified candidates that met their criteria, we convinced the selection team to consider an alternative strategy. The problem they were trying to solve involved a plethora of facilities located around the US, coupled with the scheduling huge numbers of arrivals and departures of equipment - not unlike the car rental business. We encouraged them to consider an extraordinary leader from the rental car industry whose innovative business model would lead them on an unexpected path of significant ROI to investors.

Selecting future leadership...

We participated with a major Aerospace and Defense sector employer (100K+ employees) in one of the first Talent Asset Management initiatives. The exercise was to identify their highest potential future leadership talent. The task was to select future leaders from their current highest performing employees (high-potentials) and then train, groom and promote them into this conglomerate's leaders of tomorrow. They were looking at the top 0.005% of the employee population. The divisions we were supporting put forward just one or two names each. One of the names we submitted almost 2 decades earlier, ultimately became the CEO of the corporation.

Timing is everything...

A Commercial Space unicorn asked us to conduct a search for the leader of a major Space vehicle program. Previous efforts failed to assemble an acceptable candidate slate. One of their constraints was that they did not want to pull candidates from their customers, partners and even, competition - which also ruled out the local geographical area. We presented an exceptional leader within 3 weeks who was on board in under 90 days.
